1. Smoking is prohibited in all of our rooms and common areas.

2. We have a 14-day cancellation policy. If you cancel with at least 14 days notice, we will refund all of your money, minus a $25 service charge. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, you will receive a refund (minus the $25 service charge) based upon our ability to re-rent the room.

3. We charge $30/night for a third person of any age in a room.

4. We have one room available that will accomadate a small pet. There is a $20/per night pet fee.
